Booking
All sessions are booked through Picktime. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive your booking confirmation and reminder emails.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to three (3) times. Simply open your booking on Picktime (MishaStar) and click “Reschedule” to select another available date and time.
Please use the reschedule option rather than creating a new booking whenever possible.
Practitioner Rescheduling
On rare occasions, the practitioner may need to reschedule a session due to an unforeseen emergency or circumstances beyond their control. If this happens, your appointment will typically be moved by one day or to the next mutually convenient available time. Every effort is made to honour the original appointment, and practitioner reschedules are exceptionally uncommon.
Refund Policy
As significant time is devoted to preparing and studying every reading before the session, all bookings are considered final and are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please use the rescheduling option available through your Picktime booking instead.
